Mercer is promoting a call to action to Commit & Publish as part of their communications with clients during Carers Week. During this national week, that is raising awareness of caring, highlighting the challenges carers face and recognising the contribution they make to families and the workplace, Mercer have written to clients about their AgeingWorks platform, which features an intuitive online portal with guides and webinars for working carers, and data-driven insights about employee needs.
At the same time, Mercer have included a call to action for employers to support the One Million More target and to Commit & Publish – Commit, to collaborating to reach the target, and publish, their current number and percentage of older workers.
