As a member of Business in the Community’s age campaign, you join the Prince’s Responsible Business Network, a unique group of leading companies committed to acting responsibly as a diverse, equal and inclusive employer. Our workplace campaigns currently work with a membership of more than 300 organisations from private, public and education sectors, giving us access to and influence over the leaders of the UK’s best-known organisations.
Membership of the age campaign demonstrates an understanding of the impact of an ageing population on your business, and a commitment to making the most of an inter-generational workforce, preventing an early exit from the workforce, and supporting later life working. Through membership of the age campaign, you will gain unparalleled opportunities to network and learn and share best practice with your peers.
We are seeking senior executives to join the age campaign’s Leadership Team which provides strategic guidance and supports us in achieving our campaign objectives. Each senior level member of this group uses their expertise and experience to influence the national debate, shape the agenda for action and identify the ways in which business can innovate and act to bring about the required change.
To find out more about Leadership Team opportunities, please contact Rachael Saunders, Business in the Community’s Age at Work Director.
In October 2016, Business in the Community's Leadership Team on age at work was appointed as the Government’s Business Champion for Older Workers, to lead the work in supporting businesses to recruit, retain and retrain older workers.
