In October 2016, Business in the Community's Leadership Team on age at work was appointed as the Government’s Business Champion for Older Workers, to lead the work in supporting businesses to recruit, retain and retrain older workers. To help us develop this role and achieve the objectives of the campaign we are seeking senior executives to join the age campaign’s Leadership Team.

We also offer the opportunity for organisations to promote the age of experience by becoming a champion or core partner of the age campaign.
