By 2020 almost a third of the UK workforce will be 50 or more. Hear from Aviva and the winner of the BITC Ageing Workforce Award 2018, on how leading businesses are using the most effective solutions for responding to an ageing population and a multigenerational workforce.
In this Peer Learning Forum, participants will hear what employers are doing in practice to support and retain their carers, and Centrica will be sharing their best practice. Participants will learn about the key issues facing carers in the workplace and how this impacts business. There will be an opportunity to share challenges and ideas for solutions with peers.
